Signature Ready Terms of Use

Signature Ready is published by Joao Vitor Humenhuk Achutti, a sole trader at 38 Allenby Street, Tel Aviv-Jaffa 6332512, Israel. Contact signatureready@humenhuk.com. These terms are governed by the law of the State of Israel, subject to mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.

Preparing and signing documents

Signature Ready helps you prepare documents and place your own signature, initials, text, and checkboxes on documents you choose. It creates simple electronic signatures. It does not create qualified, advanced, or notarized signatures, or independently verify anyone's identity.

You decide what to enter, approve, sign, and share. Check the entire document and every field before signing. Acceptance of an electronic signature depends on the document, the recipient, and applicable law.

Templates and document changes

Starter forms record your own administrative facts. They are not legal contracts or legal advice. Review and adapt them for your situation. Personal templates can preserve text you entered. Review each new copy before using it.

Page tools change the prepared copy. The imported original is kept separately. A flattened signed copy includes the fields you approved. Keep independent copies of documents you need.

Apple Intelligence

Field finding, summaries, and document questions run on your device when Apple Intelligence is available. Results can be wrong, incomplete, or missing context. Matching a quotation establishes that the quotation appears in the extracted page text. It does not establish that the generated answer is correct. Check the source document. These features do not provide legal advice.

Signing records and reminders

A signing record reports the signer name entered on the device, device-reported time, and file fingerprints. It is not independent identity verification, a trusted timestamp, a digital certificate, a notarization, or proof that someone received a document.

Local reminders depend on notification permission, device availability, and system settings. Keep your own record of deadlines that matter.

Free access and subscriptions

Free access includes three real signed documents per calendar month, drafts, starter forms, page tools, organization, reminders, and one personal template. Pro adds unlimited signing, unlimited personal templates, summaries, document questions, and combined PDF packs. Existing signed documents and personal templates remain accessible after Pro ends.

Apple shows the subscription price, billing period, and any eligible introductory offer before you purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account. A subscription renews automatically unless you cancel through your Apple Account settings. Manage or cancel before the renewal deadline displayed by Apple. Deleting the app or its data does not cancel your subscription.

Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.
