Is Signature Ready free?
Yes. You can sign three documents every calendar month for free, with drafts, page tools, reminders, six starter forms and one personal template. Signature Ready Pro is an optional monthly or yearly subscription for unlimited signing. The App Store shows the price for your country.
Are these signatures legally valid?
Signature Ready creates simple electronic signatures. Whether one is accepted depends on the document, the recipient and the law that applies. It does not create qualified, advanced or notarized signatures, and it does not verify anyone's identity.
Do my documents leave my device?
Not unless you share them. There is no account, server, advertising, analytics or cloud AI. Device backups follow your system settings, and saved handwriting files are excluded from them.
Do I need Apple Intelligence?
No. Scanning, signing, drafts, forms and page tools work without it. On supported devices, Apple Intelligence can find form fields, and Pro adds summaries and document questions, all on your device.
What does Signature Ready Pro add?
Unlimited signing, unlimited personal templates, document summaries and questions and combined PDF packs with signing records. Your signed documents and templates stay available if Pro ends.
Which devices does Signature Ready work on?
iPhone with iOS 26 or later and iPad with iPadOS 26 or later.
