Signature Ready Privacy Policy

Signature Ready is published by Joao Vitor Humenhuk Achutti, a sole trader at 38 Allenby Street, Tel Aviv-Jaffa 6332512, Israel. The publisher controls the app's data handling. Contact signatureready@humenhuk.com.

Data on your device

Signature Ready stores your profile, saved signature and initials, imported originals, prepared drafts, personal templates, signed documents, signing records, notes, project labels, checklists, deadlines, and reminder settings in its private App Group storage. The app and its Share Extension share that storage. Files use iOS data protection.

The developer does not receive these documents or personal details through the app. There is no account, analytics service, advertising SDK, or tracking.

Backups and copies

Saved signature and initials files are excluded from device backups. Signed PDFs can contain a visible signature. Documents, templates, profiles, and notes follow your device's backup settings. Files you export follow the storage and sharing settings of the destination you choose.

Apple Intelligence

Automatic field finding, summaries, and document questions use Apple's on-device model. OCR uses Apple's Vision framework on your device. The app does not send document contents or questions to the developer or a cloud AI service. These features need Apple Intelligence to be available on the device.

Reminders

Local reminders are optional. The app requests notification permission when you save a reminder. The notification uses generic wording and does not display the document's title or contents. Notification delivery depends on your device settings.

Purchases and support

Apple processes purchases and supplies subscription status to the app through StoreKit. If you email support, the publisher receives the information you choose to include. Do not send a sensitive document unless you intend to share it with support.

Deleting your data

Settings, Delete all data removes the app's saved profile, handwriting, documents, templates, records, notes, and reminders from this device. It does not cancel a subscription or erase copies you exported, emails you sent, or backups held elsewhere. You control those copies through their respective services and device settings.
