These terms cover your use of the Signature Ready app, published by Joao Vitor Humenhuk Achutti, a sole trader, 38 Allenby Street, Tel Aviv-Jaffa 6332512, Israel.
Signature Ready places your own signature, initials and details on documents you choose, on your device, and saves a signed copy. It creates simple electronic signatures. It does not create qualified, advanced or notarized signatures, and it does not verify anyone's identity. Whether an electronic signature is accepted depends on the document, the other party and the law where you are. Spots and summaries are made by Apple Intelligence on your device and can be wrong or incomplete. A summary is not legal advice. Check every filled spot before you sign.
You can sign three documents a month for free. Signature Ready Pro adds unlimited signing and "What am I signing?" summaries.
Payment is charged to your Apple Account. A subscription renews automatically unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel it in Settings on your device. Where a free trial is offered, any unused part of it is forfeited if you buy a subscription during the trial.
Unlimited signing and summaries stop, and you go back to three free signings a month. Documents you've already signed stay in the app and can still be opened and sent.
What you put into Signature Ready is yours. It is stored on your device. The publisher claims no rights over it and does not hold a copy.
Purchases are made through Apple, and refunds are handled by Apple under the terms of the App Store. Write to signatureready@humenhuk.com if something has gone wrong and we will help where we can.
Signature Ready is provided as it is. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, liability is limited to the amount you have paid for Signature Ready in the twelve months before the claim.
These terms are governed by the law of the State of Israel, and its courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
